Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Conducting Fitness Assessments
  • Designing Personalized Training Programs
  • One-on-One Training Sessions
  • Providing Motivation and Support
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Maintaining Client Relationships
  • Supervising Group Fitness Classes (If Applicable)
  • Promoting Gym Programs and Services

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Sports Medicine is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably with a strong client base or in a gym environment.
  • Experience in designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for various client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, flexibility, etc.).
  • Strong awareness of health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for all clients during training sessions
