Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Schedule travel
- Planning events
- Contacting clients and coworkers
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Take care of all matters relating to administration
- Preparing important documents, such as reports, presentations, Etc
- Perform other delegated tasks properly
Kualifikasi
- Discipline, have self motivation, high integrity, honest, detail
- Required technical skill: Ms. Office (excel is a must)
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Good Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Have knowledge about Logistics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Ability to travel
