We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant to support a senior executive. You will help manage daily tasks, schedule meetings, handle communication, and support both work-related and some personal matters. You must be fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation).
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and messages professionally.
- Prepare simple reports, presentations, and documents.
- Help with personal errands or tasks when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Good command of Mandarin and English.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
