Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (ticketing, accommodation, itinerary planning) using platforms like Traveloka, Tiket.com, etc.
- Maintain accurate travel records and reports using Excel or other relevant tools.
- Manage communication and correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and personal tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in data management using Microsoft Exce)l.
- Proficient in using travel booking platforms such as Traveloka, Tiket.com, and similar.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Trustworthy, with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
