Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as the first point of contact for the President Commissioner with internal and external clients
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the President Commissioner’s diary, schedule meetings, and appointments, and provide reminders
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- A qualification as a PA is advantageous
