Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Create, maintain, and optimize performance testing scripts using tools such as JMeter, REST Assured, or similar.
- Conduct API testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of system integrations.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor system performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Manage and maintain test scripts and related assets using version control tools such as Git.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive test documentation, reports, and performance analysis summaries.
- Support continuous improvement by researching and adopting new tools, technologies, and best practices in performance testing.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on performance-related risks and considerations early in the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Natural Sciences, or other related fields, preferably with a focus on IT Quality Assurance.
- Strong scripting skills, with the ability to write and maintain performance testing scripts.
- Knowledge of API testing and experience using tools such as JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, or similar testing tools.
- Familiarity with source code management tools, particularly Git.
- Solid understanding of performance testing metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret testing results effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to identify and resolve performance-related issues.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills to clearly communicate testing results, insights, and recommendations.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in performance testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
