  1. Developing and Implementing Performance Measurement Strategies: Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive performance measurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This involves identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), setting performance targets, and establishing measurement methodologies.
  2. Overseeing Performance Evaluation Processes: Overseeing the performance evaluation processes across the organization, including coordinating evaluation schedules, ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluation practices, and providing guidance to managers and evaluators.
  3. Analyzing and Interpreting Performance Data: Analyzing and interpreting performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This includes conducting in-depth analysis of performance metrics, generating actionable insights, and providing recommendations to senior management.
  4. Developing Performance Improvement Initiatives: Collaborating with department heads and the HR team to develop performance improvement initiatives based on performance evaluation results. This involves identifying training needs, implementing performance enhancement programs, and monitoring their effectiveness.
  5. Ensuring Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards in performance measurement practices. Additionally, implementing quality assurance measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of performance data.
  6. Leading Performance Management Projects: Leading cross-functional performance management projects aimed at enhancing organizational performance and efficiency. This includes designing project plans, allocating resources, and overseeing project execution from initiation to completion.
  7. Providing Leadership and Mentorship: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to performance measurement team members. This involves setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance management, performance measurement, or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.

Expertise in Performance Measurement:

  • Strong expertise in performance measurement concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing performance measurement strategies that drive organizational success.

Analytical Skills:

  • Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze complex performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Leadership and Management Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing performance management projects.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations persuasively to senior management.

Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to develop long-term performance measurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance-related issues and develop effective solutions.
