Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menjadi bagian dari Tim 6 orang dan 3 Mentor Senior.
  • Belajar dari awal mengenai Digital Marketing, terutama di bidang Paid Marketing (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Website, SEO).
  • Membuat dan Mengedit Landing Page / Website untuk Keperluan Marketing Client.
  • Membuat, Mengoptimisasi dan Memonitor Iklan di Facebook dan Instagram.
  • Membuat, Mengoptimisasi dan Memonitor Iklan di Google (Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Shopping Ads).
  • Melakukan A/B Test untuk Setiap Copywriting / Design Iklan.
  • Melakukan Analisa Performance Iklan melalui Google Analytics.
  • Membuat Copywriting Iklan yang Menjual.
  • Melakukan Setup E-mail Marketing.
  • Last but not least, bring happiness to our team 🙂

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum S1/ D4 dengan IPK 3.0 dari Universitas dengan minimal akreditasi jurusan B
  2. Berasal dari jurusan Komputer/ Teknik/ MIPA/ Pendidikan/ Bisnis/ Komunikasi/ Marketing.
  3. Fresh Graduate/ tanpa pengalaman diperbolehkan mendaftar, akan dididik dari 0 dengan kurikulum & mentor dari Tim PAKAR.
  4. Pengalaman Digital Marketing akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  5. Proaktif untuk mencapai target yang diberikan.
  6. Determinasi untuk belajar dan mencapai target yang diberikan.
  7. Kemampuan Komunikasi dan Interpersonal yang baik.
  8. Mau bekerja di daerah Jakarta Barat.

We have three core business: PAKAR Edu, PAKAR Jasa and PAKAR Bisnis

We start our business as PAKAR Edu, we provide workshop and training for professional, employee and entrepreneur in field of digital marketing, human resource, finance & accounting and any other fields.

After a few years later, some people who attend our workshop require us to open other services as consultant, thus they can use our services for their business. Therefore, based on that demand we expand our business into two new business that is PAKAR Jasa and PAKAR Bisnis.

Both of them running as consultant services, PAKAR Jasa focus on digital marketing service, while PAKAR Bisnis focus on accounting and finance for business development.
