What You Will Do

  • Launch & scale omnichannel ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, CPAS, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Own the full funnel metrics: CAC, MER, profit — ROAS is just a guide.
  • Run rapid experiments with clear hypotheses and documented learnings.
  • Diagnose bottlenecks (traffic, creative, UX, offer) and prescribe fixes that moves the needle
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with clients, creatives, devs and other stakeholders to lift conversions.
  • Automate reporting and build reusable, AI‑powered playbooks.
  • Turn data into actions with concise, insight‑driven recommendations.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years running and optimising full‑funnel paid media in agency or in‑house (ideally with monthly budgets of ≥ IDR 100 million)
  • Multi‑channel savvy: Google, Meta, TikTok, CPAS, and marketplace / e‑commerce ad platforms. 
  • Proven track record of hitting CAC / ROI goals and scaling spend while protecting profit. Ideally with an online ecommerce brand.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
  • Tool‑fluent: GA4, Meta, TikTok & Google Ads Manager, Looker, plus strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Professional English—comfortable in speaking with global client and or stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast remote stack: Slack, Loom, Notion, Airtable, etc.
