Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms to achieve business goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports using internal and external analytics tools (e.g. Metabase, Ads Manager, MMP).
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance by providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
Work closely with the Brand, Content, and Creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and campaign strategies.
Coordinate with external partners or agencies to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or TikTok Ads.
Familiar with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Metabase, or Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and CAC.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or fast-growing startup environments is a plus
