Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Own and scale paid ads across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with a strong focus on performance
- Lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive high-quality leads at scale
- Manage budgets, track performance, and continuously improve ROI/CAC
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team
- Work closely with operations and business teams to align campaigns with acquisition targets
Kualifikasi
- Strong experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid ads
- Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and budgets
- Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, or similar high-volume acquisition business is highly preferred
- Prior experience leading a team or acting as a team lead
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with metrics and performance tracking
- Strong communication skills in English
