Job Description:
- Ensure services meet SLA requirements
- Maintain service performance delivery
- Analyze service performance & troubleshooting
- Act as an interface between customers and internal teams
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree of Telecommunication/Informatics/Computer Engineer or any related field.
- Possess knowledge of Network (MTCNA), data analysis, and troubleshooting
- Have a knowledge about database and MS Office skills
- Additional skills in Linux and Python are preferred
- Strong communication skills for customer interface
