Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Visit FC (Fulfillment Center) and PC (Processing Center) areas to assist with fingerprint enrollment registration
- Prepare and manage employee agreements
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare employee documents
- Support rider payroll administration and related processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Final year students are welcome to apply (Preferably with no classes left to attend).
- Able to work on-site, five days a week (WFO at Segari's Daan Mogot Head office and Cirendeu’s Head Office).
- Strong interest in Administration, Payroll and human capital management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
