Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, as well as to provide HR insights and solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on people-related issues, contributing to the development of business strategies
  • Address employee relations issues by advising and resolving them
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and make appropriate recommendations
  • Support the performance evaluation process and provide performance improvement coaching
  • Assist in the design and delivery of Learning & Development programs based on function's needs
  • Help identify any other projects we need to turn our attention to, keeping continuous improvement in mind

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align Human Resources initiatives with business goals
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
