Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Handling and summarizing daily employee inquiries
  • Designing a weekly HR Policy infographic and devising a communication plan
  • Managing the pick-up and delivery process of Employee Insurance Cards, documenting the in-out flow, and preparing for the introduction of new insurance in June 2024
  • Assisting in compiling employment documents and creating employment decrees
  • Assisting in HR compliance improvement administration activities

Kualifikasi

  • Final-year student with no scheduled classes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Previous experience in project management through involvement in events or organizational activities
  • Enthusiastic about learning HR and the Employee Life Cycle
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement (Work From Office: twice a week)
  • Experience with visual publication tools (e.g., Canva) is preferred
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Able to commit for a seven-month or more full-time internship period
