Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from determining job requirements to onboarding.
Oversee and maintain employee administration, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
Act as the central point of contact for employee administrative needs, including employee documentation and queries.
Manage the non-employee life cycle, including freelancers and interns.
Handle General Affairs tasks, such as asset management, utility payments, and other operational needs.
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities to enhance administrative workflows and efficiency.

Kualifikasi

Job Requirement

At least 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or HRGA (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
High school or bachelor’s degree in any majors, but Psychology, Human Resources, or Management are preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheet, Docs, Slides) or similar tools.
Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
