Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Talent Acquisition : Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent by implementing effective hiring strategies and ensure a smooth & positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs that help new employees integrate seamlessly into the company culture.  
  • Talent Development : manage talent management initiatives, including leadership development, people skill and capabilities, impactful training programs, and career progression & growth. 
  • Performance management : Lead performance management initiatives, including the development of performance review processes and providing guidance to managers in setting and achieving people goals. 
  • Culture & People Engagement: develop, create program and implement strategies that promote a positive tech culture and healthy-safety environment which aligned with the company’s ICARE values and vision, to increase people engagement, satisfaction, and retention. 
  • People Resolution: serve as a trusted advisor to people and leadership by offering support related people and workplace concerns in a timely, ethical and empathetic manner. 
  • People Management Policies & Compliance: Ensure that people policies and procedures are following regulatory. 
  • People Metrics & Reporting: Utilize people data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of people-related strategies and programs to support high level management decision. 
  • People operation : including general office management, people data management, HRIS 

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Having HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, Coaching) is a plus. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role, with MUST be have background experience in IT/Tech company.
  • Proven track experience in end-to-end people management from attracting candidate, people relation, talent development, organizational culture initiatives, people operation. 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, HR regulation and compliance, and HR data analytic. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to lead and influence change, with a focus on building a positive, inclusive workplace culture. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address sensitive issues with tact and confidentiality. 
  • Experience in designing and implementing employee development and wellbeing programs. 
  • Familiar with HRIS systems, Microsoft 365, and other HR-related tools.
