What You Will Do:
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and programs.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, not limited to preparing onboarding journey programs, onboarding kits, etc.
- Support the administration of employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions.
- Help the team to have end-to-end preparations for all our events, supporting in building a plan, implementing and coordinating internal activities.
Kualifikasi
What We Need:
- Fresh graduates or final year students from psychology, communication, or relevant studies.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others.
- Confidence, active, creative, experience in handling events and able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Flexible, fast learner, curious and down to earth personality with a true passion for People.Passionate about technology, strong presentation and documentation ability.
