What You’ll Learn and Be Part Of:
- You'll get the chance to learn the full-cycle hiring process, from job postings, screening resumes, to assisting in interviews with hiring managers.
- Be involved in employer branding initiatives, including building partnerships with universities and supporting outreach activities.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement programs that build a positive and fun workplace culture.
- Gain experience in organizing and maintaining candidate databases.

Kualifikasi
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Interest in HR, with a keen desire to learn about talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily tasks, data entry, and reporting.
