- Assist People Development team to benchmark on the industry’s best practices, evaluate employee’s development needs, and engagement programme.
- Manage the end-to-end process of internal projects, including the timeline, development plan, and execution.
- Develop learning strategies, curriculums, and programmes.
- Work alongside multiple stakeholders to ensure high quality work on training, development, and culture.
- Propose and run rigorous and innovative culture-related activities to increase employee experience and engagement.
- Create regular contents about SIRCLO’s employees to be further shared through various channels.
- Additional responsibilities within the People Development team as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in English.
- Have a good analytical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.
- Able to turn insights or information into compelling contents.
- Eager to learn about company culture, people development, and engagement.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Have a sharp eye for details with a can-do-attitude.
- Willing to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
- Able to commit for a three-month or more full-time internship.
