- Assist the People Development team in conducting benchmarking on industry best practices to identify and evaluate employees' needs in terms of engagement and culture.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality work in engagement and culture-building programmes.
- Understand company values and promote them through interactive activities.
- Manage the end-to-end process of internal projects, including timeline management, plan development, implementation, and execution.
- Improve the onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Propose and run innovative culture-related activities to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Create regular content about SIRCLO employees to be shared through various channels.
- Perform additional responsibilities within the People Development team as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year students or recent graduates are preferred.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in English.
- Creative, with strong analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to turn insights or information into compelling content.
- Eager to learn about company culture, engagement, people development, and employer branding.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
- Available to start working immediately.
- Willing to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
- Able to commit to 6 months or more on a full-time basis.
