Deskripsi Pekerjaan

In charge of creating plans all the way to execution for employee training, culture engagement activities, and performance management.
Gather and maintain accurate HR data (hiring, development, retention, etc); develop dashboards and reports for HR and leadership insights.
Analyze HR processes and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Calculate and review employee incentives and benefits; recommend adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
Use statistical techniques to forecast workforce needs and turnover; anticipate trends and address potential challenges.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align analytics with organizational goals; support initiatives like diversity and employee engagement.

Kualifikasi

Min. of 2 years in People and Organizational Development area
Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Spreadsheet, etc).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and provide actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience creating reports and visualizations for diverse audiences.
Strong relationship-building skills with HR and business leaders.
