What You’ll Learn
How recruitment works across a multi-brand creative ecosystem.
Hands-on experience in talent sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
Exposure to employer branding initiatives and HR communications.
Understanding of onboarding processes and people operations.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple brands.
What You’ll Do
Assist in screening and coordinating interview schedules.
Help maintain recruitment databases and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding preparation (welcome kits, admin, orientation support).
Support general People & Culture operations and administrative tasks.
Support employer branding activities (content prep, documentation, engagement).

Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduate or final-year student (Psychology, HR, Management, or related fields).
Energetic, fast learner, and proactive in communication.
Interested in people operations and recruitment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Able to commit full-time for the internship period.
Comfortable working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
