Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support end-to-end recruitment process, maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate tracking of recruitment progress.
- Assist and help coordinating internal learning programs.
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure data is accurately maintained in the HR system.
- Be involved in all HR projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field required (still in college).
- Having basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
- People-oriented, Have a good empathy.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates skill in task management & time management.
- Proactive, fast learner, and resourceful.
