Wilopo Cargo – People & Culture Team
We are looking for a People & Culture Associate who is passionate about people engagement and employee experience. In this role, you will play a key part in building a strong company culture, improving employee engagement, and take in-charge in the recruitment process. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, organizing impactful initiatives, and is eager to grow in People & Culture, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Up To:
- 👥 Drive Employee Engagement – Plan and execute meaningful engagement programs that build connection, recognition, and positive vibes across teams.
- 🎯 Strengthen Company Culture – Bring Wilopo’s values to life through programs, creative communication, and experience that shape a positive work culture.
- 🚀 Lead End-to-End Recruitment – Handle the full hiring process—from posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding—ensuring a great candidate experience.
- 🤝 Partner with Hiring Managers – Collaborate closely with team leads to understand role needs and help find talents that fit both skill and culture.
- 📊 Listen, Learn & Improve – Collect feedback through pulse checks, exit interviews, and daily conversations, then turn insights into actionable improvements.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Fresh graduate are welcome, less than 2 years experience in Employee Engagement, Recruitment, or People Operations are preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with good planning and time management.
- Empathetic, people-centered, and energetic team player.
- Familiar with recruitment tools/platforms.
- High sense of ownership and accountability in delivering results.
- Growth mindset, fast learner, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
