Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate the scheduling of the new shoe manufacturing process and the equipment used for the trial process
- Check the quality of new shoe products to identify any issues before mass production
- Communicate with various company stakeholders
- Collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to implement innovative solutions
- Handle and follow up on data and documents report
- Assist in organizing meetings to introduce new models after the trial is completed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in relevant field (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Fluent in English
- Able to operate MS.Office application
- Confident in communicating in English both orally and in writing (TOEFL/IELTS/EFSET Certificate).
- Excellent problem - solving and can work together in a team
- Understand each process and principle for shoe making
- Eager to learn new technology of shoes making process
- Must be aware about occupational health and safety in general and able to implement it at work environment
