Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including collecting attendance, calculating salaries, etc.
- Handle all aspects of employee social security (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) and income tax (PPh 21) administration, including registration, termination, and accurate payment.
- Reconcile payroll transactions and generate comprehensive payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws, staying updated on all changes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records, ensuring data security.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Accounting, or related field; SMK with relevant experience is welcomed.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated payroll role, with strong emphasis on HRIS and PPh 21 processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll practices, employment tax laws, and labor regulations.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and advanced MS Excel skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
