Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, PPh 21 tax, and BPJS contributions.
Ensure payroll activities comply with Indonesian labor, tax, and BPJS regulations.
Prepare payroll reports, monitor payroll costs, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 2 years of payroll experience with bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, PPh 21 taxation, and BPJS administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general understanding of HRIS / payroll systems.
Pay great attention to detail with clear communication, both in team and to employees
