Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, PPh 21 tax, and BPJS contributions.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with Indonesian labor, tax, and BPJS regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and support improvements to existing policies.
- Develop and maintain payroll and benefits procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Prepare payroll reports, monitor payroll costs, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, preferably handling end-to-end payroll processes.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, PPh 21 taxation, and BPJS administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general understanding of HRIS / payroll systems.
- Pay great attention to detail with clear communication, both in team and to employees
