Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Payroll Administration
• Manage end-to-end payroll process (salary, overtime, incentives, deductions, THR, bonuses).
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee data.
• Administer BPJS (Health & Employment), insurance, and other employee benefits.
• Ensure payroll and C&B practices comply with Indonesian labor law and tax regulations (PPh 21).
• Prepare payroll and compensation cost reports, and analyze salary structures for management.
• Provide insights from C&B data to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, tax regulations (PPh 21), BPJS, and payroll compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
