The Payroll & Tax Staff will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and tax-related activities. This role will require a strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
- Deep understanding & ensuring that every tax calculation especially tax PPh21 is in accordance with tax regulations
- Handle tax reporting every months and update about new tax regulations (TER), able to use DJP Online
- Help superior with Payroll calculation or analyst data/audit when needed
- Experience in using SAP and good at Excel formula
- Able to collaborate with other team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in accounting & tax
- Experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
