Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage Invoice aging and compiling data
- Process and verify invoices and payment requests
- Communicate with vendors on payment issues
- Coordinate with related departments
- Support month-end closing and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Willing work full WFO
- Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (Open for fresh Graduate)
- Have experience on F&B industry, POS System, and FnB Report.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (Such Excel Formula, vlookup, sumif, pivot, etc)
- Understand merchant registration, KYC process, and payment processing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong work ethic
- Fluent English
