Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build & educate talents performance, and their career preparation and development (CV, Portfolio, etc)
- Build and maintain strong relationships to all stakeholders (clients, student, alumni, lecturers, management, etc)
- Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between clients and candidates
- Facilitate negotiations for compensation packages and terms of employment
- Create Event & Activity Initiator for PCN in every branch
- Talent Database management administration
- Can join ASAP
- Willing to utilize personal device
- Placement: Bandung
- Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, marketing, or related fields (Graduated from an overseas college will be a plus point)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- At least 2 years of experience in partnership and marketing, preferably within the Digital talents Industries
- Previous experience as a headhunter is a plus
- Proven experience handling and strong relationship with clients for their hiring needs
- Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must
- Can do attitude, and ability to adapt to every change and situation (agile culture)
- Strong organizational, management, and research skills and attention to detail
