Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring long-term value and collaboration.
Identify, evaluate, and assist in onboarding new partners that align with Durianpay’s growth strategy.
Participate in the end-to-end negotiation process, including business contracting and compliance.
Develop strong relationships with key partners, serving as a point of contact.
Monitor partnership performance using key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure accountability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to enhance partner offerings.
Assist in complex partnership discussions involving API integrations, technical implementations, and revenue-sharing models.
Prepare and present partnership performance reports to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Kualifikasi

3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of payment industry and business contracts.
Ability to support high-value negotiations and maintain strong strategic partnerships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English, with excellent presentation capabilities.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously.
Willing to work from the office as required.
