What You Will Do:
- Create, execute, and evaluate comprehensive partnership strategies, including identifying new partners and building a pipeline of prospects
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue and market growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Lead partnership negotiations, including contracts, pricing, and terms
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to launch and manage partnership programs
- Track partnership performance using KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Identify new business opportunities within existing partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances
- Proven track record of closing and managing high-value partnerships
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and performance tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- This role is hosted under our sister company while collaborating closely with EDTS
- Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
