Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Business solution and partnership division
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., business, finance, ops) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Working on projects together with our management team, product team, marketing department, and engineer team.
- Development of new collaborations with new and existing partners
- Organization of campaigns and monthly events, both online and offline, independently or in collaboration with partners, to engage clients and the public to generate leads
- Manage and maintain partnership requirement document, handling Partnership registration account, Management of contracts and administrations around partnership division, all related partnership needs
- Define new projects and innovations in the division and pitch them to the management team
- Organize and schedule product and partnership team meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree from Business, Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field.
- Preferably having a minimum of 3-4 years experience as Partnership officer.
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill with a wide range of stakeholder.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving program objectives
- Result-driven strives to make a difference; enjoys challenges in achieving target
- Strategic thinker, networking aptitude, great multitasking skills.
- Attention to details & data driven.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
- environment.
