Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Help draft and edit the contract templates
- Legal Administration (filling hardcopy and softcopy of legal documents)
- Do a legal research for internal/external legal documents
- Drafting and review some legal documents
- Proofed documents and submitted them to attorneys for review
- Observed and participated in client meetings, trials and outreach
- Organized legal memoranda and client correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Law or related field.
- Have experience in related fields or Fresh Graduate with the internship experience are very welcome to apply.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking coaching, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work from office (WFO)
- Proficient in English both verbal & writing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and IT fluency.
- Excellent in writing, proofreading, and editing (Ms. Word/Google Doc).
- Great time management, attention dynamic and have a growth mindset.
