Partner University Student Activities:
- Conduct registration document report completion to Partner Universities to secure our Students' IDs.
- Report Students' status to Partner Universities to complete the enrollment process.
- Submit grading reports on a semester basis or a different time schedule based on Partner Universities' requirements.
- Arrange award certificates released from Partner Universities based on their Program Assessment Board result release date.
- Conduct data gathering from all related departments in the Operations Department.
- Prepare accurate data (when needed) to complete supporting documents required by Partner Universities.
- Maintain and update various documentation in the Partner University Student Activities area.
Management Support Activities:
- Provide reports to direct supervisor.
- Suggest process improvements related to activities in the area of responsibilities (especially related to time, effort, and cost).
- Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by direct supervisor.
Kualifikasi
Have a minimum of 2 years of professional/full-time working experience.
