Job Description
Position: Part-Time Human Resource Executive
Hours: 20 hrs/week (Flexible, Mon–Fri)
Compensation: Hourly pay + 10% commission on headhunting salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the 360-degree hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Manage Kantorku HR platform for employee records and updates.
- Process BPJS registration and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Draft employment contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with clients via WhatsApp to provide updates and gather requirements.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian HR processes (BPJS, Kantorku) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
