Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review and draft corporate and commercial agreements.
- Handle claims and disputes.
- Draft contracts and agreements to mitigate commercial risks, ensuring that organizational legal requirements and standards are met.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Operations / Expansion team for any licenses required.
- Review and analyze various documents related to the company.
- Develop and maintain a system for keeping records of decisions made and actions team.
- Provide advice and/or development and instituionalization of new approaches and standards relevant to the legal practice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Have experience as Corporate Legal.
- Have experience in the field of AR/arrears credit collection.
- Have 3-5 years of proven experience in litigation, demonstrated ability to manage and resolve legal cases efficiently and effectively.
- Expertise in preparing templates and drafts of company contracts, including sale and purchase agreements and employee agreements, accurately and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- Ability to negotiate and coordinate with local communities.
- Experience managing company permits, ensuring company compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian law, especially company laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willing to be placed in Metland Puri, Tangerang.
- Can join as soon as possible.
