Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
  • Recruiting, training, and managing the team to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensuring food and beverage quality remains consistent to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing customer inquiries and feedback while resolving complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Ensuring the workspace remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and sanitation standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the F&B industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a solid, cohesive team.
  • Excellent communicator, personable, and confident.
  • Proficient in managing restaurant operational flows for both service and kitchen areas.
  • Resilient under pressure with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiar with ESB
