Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Recruiting, training, and managing the team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensuring food and beverage quality remains consistent to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer inquiries and feedback while resolving complaints professionally and effectively.
- Ensuring the workspace remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and sanitation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the F&B industry.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (Preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a solid, cohesive team.
- Excellent communicator, personable, and confident.
- Proficient in managing restaurant operational flows for both service and kitchen areas.
- Resilient under pressure with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Available for flexible scheduling, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Familiar with ESB
