Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Serve food and beverages to customers following standard procedures.
- Ensure a pleasant customer experience with friendly and professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store area, cashier, and dining space.
- Manage basic inventory and stock updates for store needs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in the F&B industry, cashier, or customer service.
- Minimum education of SMK (Vocational School) or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of food and beverage handling standards
- Able to operate Point of Sale (POS) system and basic cash handling
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills, friendly and service-oriented
- Detail-oriented, clean, and disciplined in hygiene and safety
- Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
