Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Set up, manage, and optimize Beds24 or Hostfully as our channel manager.
- Maintain accurate and consistent property listings across multiple OTAs, such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, and other travel platforms to ensure that all information is updated, complete, and aligned with company standards.
- Ensure seamless synchronization across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and seasonal demand to adjust pricing accordingly.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Resolve any listing or customer-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years experience with OTAs or other e-commerce platforms.
- Familiar with channel manager e.g. Beds24, Hostfully, etc.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to join immediately.
