Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, review, and continuously improve the organizational structure, role architecture, and workforce design aligned with BINUS strategic objectives.
- Conduct and maintain job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation, and job grading to ensure organizational effectiveness and role clarity.
- Maintain and update documentation related to organization design, manpower planning, job architecture, and performance management systems.
- Monitor and manage headcount planning, manpower budgets, and workforce analytics, while providing HR data insights to related stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and administration of the Performance Management cycle, including performance evaluation processes across BINUS units.
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and provide recommendations for organizational development initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support organization transformation, productivity improvement, and talent optimization initiatives.
- Ensure organizational development practices align with institutional policies and strategic direction
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Organization Development (OD), Human Capital, or related areas.
- Strong experience in Organization Design, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Grading, and Workforce Planning.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining organizational structures, job descriptions, competency mapping, and manpower planning.
- Familiar with Performance Management systems and processes.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR data analysis/reporting tools.
