Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage store operations and performance across assigned locations.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide operational support to improve results.
- Develop and implement store performance improvement plans.
- Drive cost control and profit optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.
- Conduct store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with store managers to execute operational strategies and targets.
- Resolve daily operational issues and handle urgent business matters.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management or operations management within large multinational chain enterprises; proficient in Microsoft Office and related office software.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, high sense of responsibility and initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team management and negotiation skills; willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (spoken and written).
