Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support daily operational activities related to training and placement of candidates to Japan
- Assist in coordinating schedules, classes, and documentation for trainees
- Communicate with candidates, trainers, and external partners to ensure smooth program flow
- Help prepare and organize the required paperwork for placement and deployment processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to candidate progress and operational timelines
- Support outreach and partnership activities with LPKs, schools, or community channels to attract prospective candidates
- Assist in liaising with Japanese stakeholders and provide translation/interpreting support when needed
- Ensure program activities follow standard procedures and comply with regulations for overseas placement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Experience in administrative, operational, or training support roles (preferably in education, LPK, or Japan-related programs)
- Able to communicate fluently in Japanese (spoken and written) – minimum JLPT N3 preferred
- Familiarity with placement processes to Japan or prior experience working with LPK is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta Barat
