Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Cross-check prices and product details with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with Category Managers and other internal teams to resolve operational discrepancies.
- Create and upload Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) based on internal approvals and requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for PO follow-up, ensuring timely responses and alignment.
- Record any issues related to unfulfilled orders and share recaps with relevant teams (e.g. Merchandising, Operations).
- Update and maintain internal trackers.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and reports related to PR & PO tracking and supplier communication.
Kualifikasi
- Final year or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic business tools (ERP experience is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn operational systems.
- Good communication skills for coordination with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
