About The Role
We are building one of Indonesia's fastest-growing parenting ecosystems across digital education, commerce, healthcare, and consumer products. As our business continues to grow, strong partnerships are critical to expanding our reach, creating meaningful customer experiences, and accelerating commercial growth.We are looking for a Business Partnership Associate who can independently build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships from first conversation through successful execution.
What You’ll Own
Build Strategic Business Partnerships
- Identify, approach, negotiate, and secure new partnerships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, brands, and strategic organisations.
- Develop long-term relationships that create mutual value rather than one-off collaborations.
Own Partnership Execution
- Lead partnership projects from agreement through execution, ensuring every commitment is delivered with high quality and on time.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation across multiple initiatives.
Grow Brand Visibility Through Partnerships
- Create partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and product exposure.
- Develop hospital branding initiatives, educational activations, and product barter collaborations that generate measurable business value.
Expand Commercial Opportunities
- Identify new channels and collaboration models that support business growth.
- Continuously evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements to maximise long-term impact.
What Success Looks Like (6-12 months)
- Secure collaborations with at least 3 new hospitals to support branding and educational activation programmes.
- Establish 4 new partners for the children's colouring package programme to expand offline brand visibility.
- Build more than 3 new brand barter collaborations that generate meaningful exposure and customer value.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while ensuring high-quality execution across all active collaborations.
- Consistently manage the partnership pipeline with strong follow-through from prospecting to execution.
