Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Respond quickly to operational needs.
Work effectively both independently and within a team.
Demonstrate honesty and accountability in all tasks.
Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Be ready to standby outside regular working hours.
Process payment gateway integrations with clients, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist in the complaint handling process

Kualifikasi

Minimum 2 years of experience in the payment gateway industry.
Knowledge of e-commerce transactions.
Strong analytical skills to resolve issues or cases effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
