Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure all systems, policies and procedures are running well according to standards (such as menu & beverages knowledge, service workflow & other standards).
- Accountable for the achievement and implementation of the vision, mission & values of the Company.
- Monitor & analyze market trends, conduct consumer market research and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Responsible and supervise in employee development/training, recruitment, rotation and other administration related to personnel in operational.
- Supervise the overall operation of the outlet and provide necessary feedback/input to the outlet.
- Ensure F&B and QSC procedures as well as safety, hygiene & health procedures are in accordance with the applicable rules or SOP.
- Create monthly P&L plan by controlling and analyzing sales.
- Make weekly and monthly reports accurately and in accordance with the specified time.
Kualifikasi
- Min bachelor degree from any major
- 3+ year experience as an operational manager handle the operational and equipment in the F&B industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and management skills
- Experience in operational F&B and handling project documentation, time management, and administration skills
- Detail, persistence, well organized and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office
